947 Sealoft has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, family and dining rooms, two bedrooms an open loft bedroom and two full bathrooms. The living room features hardwood floors, and a bright and cheery decor. A wall of windows offer views to the 11th fairway of Ocean Winds. There is a full size stacked washer (HE) and dryer in the laundry closet.
The primary bedroom is on the 1st floor and boasts a king size bed for your comfort, a TV and adjoining full bath. A deck off this bedroom is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the golfers on the golf course. The second bedroom, also on the 1st floor, has a queen bed. A 2nd floor sleeping loft has twin beds and a reading corner. The upstairs sleeping loft also has a deck - great for catching the suns rays or watching the stars at night. The Sealoft community has a pool for their residents and renters to enjoy.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
