Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: this home allows ONE (1) well behaved dog, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week. No other animals permitted.
