Welcome to The Retreat at Seabrook Village! Check into this Seabrook Island gem with 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths that sleeps 10. Low country charm abounds from the classic front porch to the breezy screened back porch. Step inside the foyer and appreciate the open floor plan with beautiful wooded views off the back of the home. On your right is the newly remodeled Primary bedroom bedroom with a king size bed, Smart TV and the new full bath! Lovely French doors give access to the front porch.

The center of the home is highlighted by a great room with lovely furnishings (new May 2023) and a gleaming 75" HDTV w/cable mounted over the fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen is open to the great room and features beautiful white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel Jenn Air appliances. 3 counter height chairs provide seating at the island. The adjacent dining room is picturesque with wonderful windows and table seating for 6. Take your coffee or favorite snack out to the screened porch for the perfect start or end to your island day. A wooded view provides privacy amidst the natural serenity of Seabrook Island. A propane grill is provided for your favorite BBQ delights.

The first floor has a powder room and laundry room with new full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a secondary primary bedroom suite with a king bed and en-suite bath with tiled shower and jetted tub. Tucked into this room is a twin daybed. A great bedroom for a child to be near their parents. A second guest room has a queen bed. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the 4th bedroom. In the fourth bedroom are two sets of twin bunks. A perfect kid's retreat! All the bedrooms have HD flat screen TVs.

Outside this lovely home the owners have an outdoor shower. A great spot for washing off sandy beach bodies and toes. There is also a gas grill for your use on the patio.

As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of the additional $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
We will need the name of 1 person per car for each pass. Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent! These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

In addition to the resort style amenities of Seabrook, the Village at Seabrook location has two neighborhood swimming pools with picnic area and walking path around Palmetto Lake. It is also, within walking distance of the Lake House, Equestrian Center and Racquet Club. Hop on a bike and take the path all the way to Bohicket Marina or Freshfields shopping village. Just a short bike or car ride takes you to the 3.5 miles of private, unspoiled beach that make Seabrook Island truly special.
