This is an incredible property! My family of 6 adults stayed very comfortably last week.
The house itself is stunning and unique. If you are looking for a lakefront property that is secluded but not TOO secluded (2 neighbors nearby) this is perfect. The lake was wonderful for swimming off the private dock, kayak and canoe with life jackets all available for use. I loved sitting on the bench by the lake and enjoying the early morning view.
Nice outdoor porch with dining table and room for corn hole game. Fire pit and grill available (I did not use) The driveway is a little tricky due to the placement of the septic tank, and proximity of the neighbors drive.
Three bedrooms: one downstairs with 2 twin beds small but adequate, with a full bath and laundry adjacent. Two upstairs bedrooms large (Stuning view from the master with a small private deck). Note that the upstairs bathroom is very large and beautiful but is Jack-and-Jill style between the bedrooms. It worked fine for us but might not be for everyone.
Dining area was a really beautifully crafted breakfast nook with the only drawback being that the table is oddly sticky (my guess is old varnish that needs refinishing-a tablecloth would help) The kitchen appliances are older but the kitchen layout is nice and very functional. Lots of space in the living room (could use a bit more seating and light) and a nice tv nook upstairs off the landing.
Overall so pleased with this property and would 100% recommend or return!
