A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located just 1 block from Harding and close to all Searcy has to offer.
The space is a great alternative to any hotel, Bison Hall 3 provides guests with 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. A full washer and dryer along with TV, internet and coffee all provided. It has paved driveway parking for 2 vehicles
Other things to note
Due to the limited household supplies provided and limited parking we cannot have large groups or parties

We do have an outdoor camera facing the front driveway of the house to assist with cleaning arrangements by knowing when a guest has checked out

NO pets or smoking on the property, due to allergies of other guest. If the house smells like smoke, pet hair or there is excessive cleaning upon checkout, you will be charged a 100 dollar cleaning fee

Bison Hall - Great Cottage in Searcy Arkansas

Charming house near Harding University

We enjoyed our stay at this house full of the "old house" charm. There was lots of space to spread out and great space to spend time as a family. The proximity to campus was a positive since we were there to spend time with our college kid.

This super cute property was perfect for our visit to Harding! Very close to campus and room to relax with our students. Perfect for our family of six. Check in was a breeze. So much more enjoyable than a hotel stay. We will be back!

Comfortable and Cozy

This was a perfect little spot for us close to campus. Met our needs perfectly for what we came for. Spacious living room, cozy kitchen and laundry on site. Couldn’t have asked for more.
