"This was a first trip to Maine and we were unfamiliar with the area and not sure what to expect. We enjoyed the drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. I wish we had more time to spend in Belfast. The downtown area is so cute and we loved the local brewery! If I had it to do over again, I would have skipped Bar Harbor and stayed right in Belfast. I definitely recommend this property. "This small home was perfect for the two of us visiting friends on Deer Isle. It had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee maker and pods. The gravel road and slightly sloping grassy entrance was a bit hard to navigate cleanly on the one really rainy day we were there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this charming community."
