"This property is at the far south end of the promenade. There is not an ocean view, but you are a very short walk to the beach. The cottage is really cute and comfortable except for the lumpy couch and relatively stiff mattress. It has everything you might need and is CLEAN (no shoes policy). It's all digital entry so no keys to worry about. I didn't realize it has a swimming pool and was surprised that it was open in April. "Stayed here for one night while traveling along the coast. Great place, right on the beach and within one to two blocks to walk into the downtown area with restaurants and quite a few things to do, especially at night. Clean and safe area. The kid at the front counter was very nice and asked if we wanted to upgrade to an ocean view room at the same cost as the room we booked, which was nice of him to mention. Nice room, comfortable bed and pillows and we enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if in the area."

"View of the river was great, room, bathroom, breakfast was all great. The only reason I did 4 stars and not 5 was because the parking lot was packed and I had to park so close to another car that I could hardly get out and the room was quite stuffy when we came back each time and it didnt seem to stay a consistent temp. But id definitely go back"

"Continental breakfast area was not the cleanest. Juice machine had slime on it. So did not drink or eat the food. Stand up mirror in room was not straight. Staff that checked us in/out was super nice. Management needs to go through all rooms and make sure everything is ok. They need to make sure the eating area/machines is cleaned daily for health reason. Plenty of parking. Overall it was okay."
