We include sheets, towels and comforters, to make it feel more "special". After each time of departure, Housekeeper disinfects the entire unit and bedding thoroughly.

There will be 3 adult bicycles that can be used while staying during your time.

There are 5 Tommy Bahama fairly new beach chairs.

There will be a large igloo on wheels cooler. there are also miscellaneous items in the garage which can be utilized for the renters.

There will be a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for your convenience. Paper goods are to be supplied by renter as well as trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergents.

Everything must be accounted for after departure or a claim will have to be opened to compensate.

Upon departure, please make sure that the dishwasher is empty and does not contain dirty items. Also, you may need to bring your own dishwasher and wash machine detergents as there may not be any available.
