Out back, let the kids or the dogs run and play in the enclosed yard while you fire up the gas grill and then dine together al fresco on the large, furnished deck.

If you want to hit the beach, take a short stroll down to the end of Avenue U just a block away. Borrow the crab traps (find them in the garage) and try your hand at crabbing off the 12th Avenue Bridge that crosses the Necanicum River, just a couple miles north. When it's time to dine out, check out the Seaside Golf Club, Restaurant, & Sports Bar for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, just a quarter-mile from your door, pick up some pastries and terrific coffee from Osprey Café, or sample the many popular restaurants found up and down Highway 101.
