Fabulous Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and well-appointed home. The quiet neighborhood offered a peaceful retreat, and we especially appreciated the fully enclosed, dog-friendly backyard—perfect for our doggo to safely enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Promenade walking path, making morning strolls and beach access incredibly convenient. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Great Seaside Rental

The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. Lots of space and room for our family, great backyard with hot tub, and easily walkable to the beach and most of Seaside. It was perfect for our vacation.

Wonderful Fall break spot

Mid-October, we stayed in this lovely, clean, well appointed cottage. Bedding, hot tub, kitchen that had everything for us to make small meals. It was just about perfect!

Special time!

The house is perfect for a vacation on the Oregon Coast! It is very clean and has everything you need. It has a great back yard that we enjoyed. It’s a short walk to the beach and walkway. Very enjoyable stay. Would certainly go back. Parking at the house is a problem if you have more than one pickup or suv.

Perfect Home & Excellent Quiet Location

We had a great time and this home was perfect for our stay & needs! Well equipped with everything needed for a weekend trip and then some. We appreciated the fresh Starbucks coffee, doggie overnight bag, and other touches to make our time comfortable and convenient! We had a excellent stay at this property! The owner was quick to respond to communication, everything worked as it should have. Too bad the back yard collects so much water but it is Oregon after all. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute, nice yard area when a lot of other rentals in the area have no yard at all. Loved that the door has a combo key pad rather than worrying about keys. Short walk to beach and Broadway. Owner is super responsive! Definitely recommend.

This sweet home is very surprising! So much room, very comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable the heated floors a nice surprise. The hot tub a godsend. Miss Joan reassured us of the disinfectant that was done prior to our stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. We will be back. You can feel this home is loved ❤️

Seaside stay

My experience was terrible, I was deathly sick and unable to enjoy not even one day during my stay but unable to make any other arrangements per owner and could leave if I wanted but no partial refund would be given. My family had the best time they could without me, I spent my time in bed with a few select movies that were available. I could not get the wifi in the back of the home to work at all and would disconnect within a few minutes. The place was right the timing was wrong.
