"We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under seven and one grandparent) and we stayed at Purley for three nights. The property is well sized and sparingly but tastefully furnished. The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away.
