Poor customer service, hotel is run-down to the ground, everything is old and broken. Not a very safe or clean environment due to prostitution. Rooms have smell of pesticides, reason plenty of bed-bugs. I would not recommend this to anyone, it’s like seeing you money going down the drain. Stay far away.

The room itself was great. Very clean and comfortable. Only hiccup was we were not told the shuttle schedule and had to pay for an Uber upon arriving as our plane landed 30 minutes after the shuttle stopped running. I had called in the morning to see what the process of using their shuttle was and schedule was never communicated to me. However staff was very kind and helpful upon arrival.

I like the size and layout of the rooms, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness and location of the property. The place needs a little updating (carpet in the halls was worn and torn in some places, and needed to be streched, and the floors in both elevators had holes and worn places in them). Also, the breakfast needs more choices (eggs, meat choices, pancakes or waffles, etc.).

Needing some repairs/updating. Bathroom door was pretty dirty. Need to pay attention to details when cleaning and repairing. Breakfast offered nothing. Bed was hard. Will not be back

My negative review is of Expedia… although the property showed an email confirmation, they did not have the reservation in their system. The hotel clerk was lovely, but there was nothing she could do. 3 calls and a hour and a half later…. We were finally able to check in.

The room stank of urine , I complained and they promised to have the manager call me - they didn’t do so .. breakfast just a joke , zero cooked food only 2 tables !!! Dirty , broken , foul .. an awful experience

Great staff, room are clean and spacious. The area is safe and plenty of parking. The so call breakfast is not what I was expecting, is just bag pastries, cereal, and yogurt. I was expecting a hot breakfast. But it’s ok for some travelers.

The separate living room was nice, and kitchen. Not a new building, the furniture was old but the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and shuttle to and from airport were a big help since I don’t like to drive in heavy city traffic.

Poor check in! Room wasn't ready at 3 pm. The room had broken sink faucet, aircon in the room was out of order and we were given a dirty fan instead( we were not told that it was broken upon check in). The lady that checked us in was on the phone chatting while we were waiting to be checked in (she did this to me 2x. The 2nd one was when I went down to complain about the keys. And please review the cameras so you the management will know how she is at work. She told me to wait without even apologizing, because she was on the phone everytime we go to the front desk). A guy knocked on our room non stop at 1030 pm after we didn't answer the multiple phone calls because we were sleeping at that time already .he woke us up only to give an electric fan when we have one already one in the room that they gave when we checked in. We put the request card on the door knob to clean our room but the cleaners didn't not go to clean. When we brought it to their attention we were told that they are still on pandemic mode of operation and that it has to be requested from the office if we want cleaning of the room. why give us the cards ?why they didn't tell us upon check in?! Lastly there was no sofa bed beddings and pillows readily vailable i had to come down again for the nth time to request. Towels were only good for 3 when we were 4 that checked in. Sofa bed is terrible! Mattress is so thin that i could feel the spings on my back. It is not very comfortable to sleep in.

This place is amazing! Its very quiet, comfortable, and has all the amenities one would need when staying somewhere. I loved that there was a full fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The rooms were quiet and stayed cool, and they have on-site parking. For the price, this place has everything you could want or need, and then some.

The place is good and clean. People are friendly and parkings are easy. However, the building power went out at night for few hours without apologies or explanations!

Inside of hotel and the rooms are in need of a serious update. There was duct tape holding down a piece of carpet and I walked over the same trash in the hallway the entire time of my stay.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated, but more than adequate and well equipped for a longer stay. Plenty of snacks and breakfast type food available. Room was clean, but some hallways could use a scrubbing and some areas would benefit from new flooring/ new carpets. Good location and good value for the money, would go back there.
