This condo was conveniently located by Park Pike Place market in a high-rise condo building. This was a very secure facility with excellent concierge service at the front desk. Free parking in a very secure parking garage shared with the target next-door. The condo was very clean and and while taking care of. There was a very well supplied kitchen with lots of nice tools and gadgets. The appliances were all very modern and we had no problems operating them. We did have a problem with the air conditioning unit, which was attached to a frame on the door to the balcony to pull in air from outside. Unfortunately, we couldn’t completely secure that door to the balcony and have air-conditioning at the same time. So as two female travelers, we had to make a choice between having security or air-conditioning. The management company was notified and I would say the listing is not 100% accurate because we had to choose between one or the other. Otherwise, it was a great facility, conveniently located with beautiful amenities like a pool and a hot tub and 24/7 gym. I would definitely recommend with that one caveat.
