  • Fall in love with indescribable views from this stylish mid-century home located on 1 acre of private beach front on the the Puget Sound.
    Centrally located and just minutes from Kent-Des Moines light rail for convenient travel to and from the world cup games, SeaTac airport, stadiums and all things Seattle. This well appointed space offers long beach walks and relaxing days on this very private property.

    This beautiful 4 bedroom midcentury modern home boasts an architecture that showcases the incredible views of the Puget sound.

    Enjoy days on the beach collecting shells, sunbathing or relaxing in the hot tub. Or simply lounge on the deck spotting dolphins and whales or the evening sunset.

    This is a family friendly home with an entire floor of entertainment to include pool and foosball tables, televisions and lounge areas.

The house was roomy but the cleanlinesswas not it was like no one lived in the house for a while we had to clean spiderwebs inside and out pluse food off the dining room chairs and we lit a few candles for the old smell we smelled also it was really upsetting when we didn’t have already available propane tank to start the grill and it was the 4th of July .We were told to go buy some and give them the receipt since there clean up crew failed to do it.But didn’t have the time so we managed and then couldn’t get the stove working so for the better part it was roomie,great view minus all the other things we went through.If this place was cleaned up correctly it would have been perfect for the 4th of July.So I give it a 6 out of ten.
