Amazing place! The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of downtown, at night it looks spectacular. At night it was so silent and quite. An amazing place for working from home too. Good wifi and lot of dishes available to use.
This is where I’d want to live if I lived here. Easy check in, great messaging with owner on VRBO app; easy freeway access; great coffee shop across the street!!!

Great location with gracious host. Mike was Very accommodating and helpful in our check in and during our stay. The location was excellent centrally located and downtown was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Mike.
Updated, clean with lots of space for four adults. Three bedrooms, all with an en-suite. Walking distance to small shops, restaurants and coffee. Garage, small balcony with sitting, really friendly neighborhood. The best part we’re the views of Seattle city center, good at daytime and amazing at night!
My friends and I met up for a birthday celebration. We were six adults and one child. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Some specifics:
STRENGTHS
Great view of the skyline, lake, and Space Needle from many windows.
Mike was quick to respond to my questions, whether by VRBO message or text.
Mike said he left only 1 roll of paper towels instead of 2, and refunded me $20 for the missing roll, which was kind.
The kitchen had plenty of plates & silverware.
Laundry, TV, microwave worked fine.
The location is great, enabling short drives on surface streets to many local attractions.
Mike was lenient about check-in and check-out time, since we had people coming and going on different flights.
SUGGESTIONS
I like that Mike is casual, but I've never been in a VRBO that didn't have a book with tips, instructions, etc. Not having one was a bit unnerving.
Virtually all communication with Mike had to be initiated by me. As the trip got closer, he never reached out first. As noted, once we were communicated, he was very fast and friendly in response.
The listing mentioned a "grill" but we never saw it.
Finding the house's actual entrance was hard for us, delivery drivers, and Uber drivers.
Also hard to park. The garage/driveway area is very narrow. Don't rent a big car!
No Kleenex, and no bedroom/bathroom had a trash can. Everything had to be carried down to the kitchen trash.
For meals, games, and good sleep, it was perfect. We all had a great time. Thanks, Mike!
