BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom 2 bathroom skyrise with mountain view!

Keep it simple with this peaceful and centrally located unit.

This unit is located just minutes away from the airport and major freeways to escape to all that the city has to offer. A beautiful view of Mt. Rainier from the living room. We are located walking distance from the Westfield mall.

This is a family friendly unit and can be equipped with a pack and play upon your request

The third bedroom can be used as a office space and bedroom. There is an air mattress set up in the room.

There is a blink camera at the outside of the front door. That is the only camera that we have equipped.

Great location , clean , simplistic elegant modern unit

We had a great stay in this high rise condo, which we stayed in for a weekend tournament. It was clean, modern , yet simple elegance, and had everything we needed. It had beautiful views at night and can see Mt. Ranier on a clear day. Fantastic location within walking distance to mall, restaurants and more. The assigned parking spot was a bonus. We also enjoyed floor 19, which we had to ourselves to eat and watch some football, with a few of the teammates. Thank you! The unit itself has everything you need, including a washer and dryer which was a plus for us with the stinky LAX gear.:) the bathroom had extra amenities with additional toiletries and all cleaning supplies were stocked too. *This is not a con for many, and I’m not marking down in any way , because it’s just a preference, but the Master bed is very firm. Just an FYI. Jewan was a wonderful host and replied to any questions we had. Thank you for a very nice stay. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Sizzling in Seattle

Honestly the only downside wasn’t totally in the owners control. Seattle happened to be having record heat during our stay in Seattle. Our idea of a place with air conditioning is different than what was available. We were expecting more than a rolling a/c unit with no directions as to the most productive way to use it. Directions on how to connect the a/c would have been appreciated. The apartment was HOT and I do understand that much of Seattle does not have a/c nor need it most of the time. We however, were very warm while at the apartment. On a positive note the place was very clean and provided the amenities needed. The check in directions were clear and the owner was responsive when I had a question.

Easy and very convenient location

I had my husband's family stay here as their homebase on our wedding week. The apartment was stylish and clean and the stay was great for 4 people. All are easily accessible from the apartment - dining, shopping and going around in the East side and also a short Uber ride to the airport and Seattle. Juwan was quick to respond to any questions we have. The extras - coffee, fizzy drinks and snacks were a hit for the young adults. Overall, it was a seamless trip and we would book it again for the convenience, facilities/ amenities and the very good host communication.
