It was really great, I just have one small concern, the check-in person was a bit over the top about, "Close the door, or fine!" I mean, it just leads to a whole bunch of follow-on questions. Why is this property so concerned about this? What happened in the past to lead to these draconion warnings. A minor, very minor point is that the furnishings were just a bit a dated, especially the bathrooms, but just to be crystal clear: the property is great. The rooms are comfortable, the prices cheaper than comparable hotels, and the location is just about unbeatable. Really, you should stay here.

Great Location

So many great things close by: restaurants (amazing one right next door!) bars, etc. Close to harbor and Pike Market. Security is great, and easy personalized welcome. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Great location and amenities!

Apartment was in a perfect location—10-15 min from many Seattle sites, near great restaurants, and easy access to public transport. The amenities—parking spot, pool/spa, fitness center were awesome. And the place itself was great. As other reviews have stated, some of the furniture was a bit worn and carpets stained, but overall, it was a fantastic place at a great rate. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Friends trip to Seattle

A group of four of us met in Seattle for a friends weekend getaway. The apartment was the perfect size for four people and in a great location. The carpet is stained, which was unappealing but didn’t affect our stay.

What a find! Right downtown, walkable to the waterfront/Pike Place and Seattle Center, in addition to many good restaurants and shopping. Wonderful to have parking included and easy access to a pool. Great views to enjoy the beauty of the city and sound from the balcony or the rooftop deck. A gem—we’ll be back!

What can I tell you about Sunset Suite...?

The location of this condo is great for walking to everything. Parking included in the garage is a wonderful feature! Besides those two things, I am unable to report anything encouraging or uplifting regarding our experience with Vacasa staff, our check in experience, the cleanliness, or the amenities of this particular condo.

Loft combo in Belltown

Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. It’s nothing major or expat, but a few hours of work would make everything safer and more functional.

Check in was easy, the host was friendly and very quick to reply. Check out was just as simple. Space is much smaller in person than the pictures illustrate, but worked for us. Despite the listing allowing for children to stay, we found other occupants in the building to be less than happy with kids in the pool or the courtyard. The building cleaners in particular were very vocal about wet footsteps left on the ground by the pool…hard to avoid if you need to use the washroom during swim time. This isn’t anything to do with the unit specifically, but impacted our experience with our kids. Location is amazing, lots of great restaurants (that offer take out) and a lovely bakery/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely book again for adults.
