Well it started with a long speech about their cleaning schedule. OK. Then my room had leftovers still in the fridge. Ok. So the next day i asked if they could make up my room. And they did. Cool. But the next day, I asked if they could refresh a few things and they said yes sure... and failed to do any of them. Not awesome.

Property was located in a good neighborhood. Variety of restaurants in the area on a walkable distance. Juanita Bay Park was just 5 minutes and downtown 25 minutes drive. Staff was good but the hotel was understaffed on the weekend. They have coin laundry, well equipped gym on the basement level and easy access to parking - indoor & outdoor. Overall stay was very good.

Didn’t know we had to pay for parking. Also, we rented two rooms and one had no working light in the bathroom. Looooong check in procedure too. Expensive for services provided. Sorry.

Check in was quick. Staff was okay, not really friendly. Did not see housekeeping for a couple of day. There wasn’t extra toilet paper in the room. The TV remote did not work and Netflix wasn’t available. The walls are somewhat thin. I could hear the neighbors easily. Breakfast and coffee at the Bistro was good, but expensive.

Newly built Totem Lake center is great for massage, shopping , eating and just a couple minute drive from hotel. Hotel Was clean and friendly staff

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved that there was a cafe in the lobby and Peloton bikes in the gym. I know this has already been addressed, but multiple nights between 2-3am I was called by the wake up call service. The only solution given by the staff was they were looking into it with their tech team. The coffee shop also got very busy in the mornings, and the team was overwhelmed and didn't prioritize people based on the order they paid. Otherwise, excellent visit!

The room was clean and fresh, front desk was friendly. I did not see when booked they charge $15 per night for parking. Which, was disappointing since we had no other choice. I understand it’s a business, but it”s the suburbs in Kirkland. I will not stay here again.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. Big desk & roll-out table. Good size mini-fridge & microwave. Single cup coffee maker. I've had a room with lots of USB ports, and another with just one. Staff is very helpful (shout-out to Billy). Right across the street from a QFC (Kroger brand) grocery store. Lots of eating places close by. Tip: if you have a car, park in the underground parking, it's close to the elevator and you'll stay dry if it's raining. Cons: trash cans are small, you have to logon to WiFi almost every day (and it's only 10Mpbs download)

We stayed just one night here during the holidays and had reserved a suite room. Upon check-in we were advised that room wasn’t available so we were given a different room but our parking (for which you must pay) was free. Our room was okay but the duvet cover was soiled and the TV remote didn’t work properly nor were there many channels available. Note: bring your streaming device when staying here. We received a new remote from the front desk. The least impressive aspects of this property are the parking garage, stairwells and exterior doors, they are stark reminders that this is a dated property needing updating. While the staff seemed pleasant enough and the location is great, there are better options for an overnight stay in this general area.

We spent the night prior to an early morning medical procedure at a facility nearby. Perfect location, safe parking, easy access, clean room and excellent customer service from front desk and housekeeping. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect for a little get away. The only complain I would say is the heaters/air conditioning need to be updated. Other than that it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pool was closed. Daily parking fees of $15 is wrong. And no breakfast included in stay is wrong. Disappointed. Never stay a a courtyard again.
