Nice stay

It was a great stay! Comfortable, thoughtful with little things around like power strips and snacks, and in an excellent location close to trails, the childrens hospital, University Village, and UW. I could easily and safely walk to these locations, even when it was dark. The property manager was also very quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with. It was also a plus to have laundry in unit!

A perfect stay

On call and needing to be close to the hospital, it was a true joy to be located so close. Approx two block walk to Seattle children’s, met market, and other amenities. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Pristine clean and spacious unit. Nice tv with apps ready to go. Strong internet. Charger with multiple plugs in the bedroom. All the things that make a stay absolutely easy breezy. Will stay again.

Perfect place for Seattle Childrens, UW, UW Medical Center, and University Village activities.

Apt looks like a brand new set up. Everything was very cute, clean, and worked beautifully. Terrific glass shower. The owner is super friendly and lives next door. (His puppy is adorable if you get the chance to say hi.) It is a basement apartment, but it has wonderful windows so it doesn't really feel like a basement at all. We were super pleased and would stay here again for sure!

Convenient and nice

Only thing I noticed was the carpet had some food crumbs and some areas seemed a little dusty. I could not get the vacuum to work. Otherwise I was happy with the place. Large space. Host gave clear instructions and check-in and check-out were easy. The location was convenient. Overall very comfortable and nice.
