Clean and cozy studio in the heart of Seattle. Between Madrona and Capitol Hill. The perfect jumping off point for exploring the city, visiting University's or going to a any major sports game. Free parking space in the driveway (no oversized vehicles). Two grocery stores in walking distance as well as many cafe's and restaurants (some of the best in the city, feel free to ask for my list after booking.)

Access:
- Self checkin, you will get a key code prior to checkin time

Bathroom: (strong water pressure)

Bed/Sleeping:
- New (2026) memory foam Queen size bed
- Fresh linens
- Couch turns into a full sized futon, we keep extra sheets, blankets and pillows available but it's always good to mention if you plan on using the couch as a futon so we can double check to make sure everything is out for you.

Parking:
- Reserved spot in the driveway (no oversized vehicles)

Location details:
This studio sits at the intersection of Capitol Hill, Madison Valley, Madrona, and the Central District - four cute neighborhoods worth exploring all with their own cafes, bars, restaurants and city/water views.

Transportation:
Close to bus lines to downtown, with a direct line to Pike Place Market. It's also very accessible to get to Hospitals, Stadiums, and Universities.

Pets: (some dogs okay, no cats)
Case by case basis. You must declare your pet and discuss cleaning requirements and policies regarding having a pet. Pets may not be left alone unattended.
