"The room was modern, in great condition and clean! We were by the elevator but didn’t hear any hallway noise overnight, the bed was comfy too. The staff were friendly and professional. Perfect location for a quick walk to shows at the paramount theater, with lots of other shopping, fun, restaurants and the link station in walking distance! "

"Alma was very nice and helped us check in smoothly. I gave most of the scores poor ones because I brought the non working ac and warm fridge issues to the front desk via text and nothing was solved. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Scuff marks all over and chunks of food under furniture. Not worth the $ to stay there "

"Beautiful hotel, with interesting history. Fabulous location, walking distance to Pike Market and a variety of restaurants. The onsite Oliver’s restaurant has delicious eggs Benedict and amazing cocktails. Convenient shuttle to cruise ports , 15 pp. looking forward to staying again at the end of our cruise."
