Terrible

No AC, room gets hot, plus they make a big deal if u have someone stay to visit. My cousin stayed to have some drinks with me and I guess that was breaking a rule. Worse place I have ever stayed at will not stay again there.

The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating. Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings.

Nowhere in this listing does it say how many stairs there are. I got there with 5 bags from my flight, knowing that it said no elevator. There are 3 full flights of stairs, a very narrow staircase that I could barely fit thru, a set of stairs even just to get into the building. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I can do a flight of stairs without issue, but multiple and I won't be able to walk the next day. I spent 2 nights and left Also, I reached out about my issue, and was given no help or assistance at all. I would not recommend. And that's so disappointing because house of the dragon was literally airing as I was here
