I called the day before to confirm room and say we would be flying in and checking in late. I was told no problem. Then day off I called from the airport that I was at to reconfirm and was told that they overbooked and I didn't have a room.

Nice clean place, terrible customer service

The staff ignored me (they were off to the side talking) for over 5 minutes. I started to call the site to tell them I wanted to check in when finally someone came out. I said I was calling to check in and she said they were busy handling something. Which is fine, but at least acknowledge your guest, apologize, and tell them you will be with them shortly. Then, she said the room would be ready in another 45 min (check in was at 3pm - I arrived at 5pm). She would call when it is ready. She never did. I had to call them after an hour to see if it was ready - it was. The place itself was clean and presentable, easy access - the bed was a bit hard, but otherwise it would have been just fine. Did NOT care for the customer service.

Poor wifi, just adequate location

It was just okay. Very clean and the service was okay. Although it had the kitchenette, there were NO utensils of any kind, not even any mugs for coffee which I found strange although maybe that is because of covid? There was also only 1 chair to sit in. The worst issue is that the wifi was basically non-existent although you could pay for "enhanced" service. They should not say they have free wifi.

Hotel close to Aurora

This hotel is in a nice area of town with good shopping, gyms and buses. The gated entry to this hotel seems like it could be good for added safety.

Most everything about this hotel had advantages, the staff was quite helpful, having a kitchen and bathtub were both a bonus; however, the plumbing left a bit to be desired. When I turned on the shower the pipes were making loud unsettling kinds of noises. It seemed the room above mine made the same noises as well. It was challenging to get hot water in either sink and shower. Other than that, everything else met my needs nicely.

Unprofessional

It was overall overwhelming, before 11am checkout i was already getting phone calls from front desk to see if i was stayi g or checking out, i felt rushed out. Unnecessary reasons. Please bring this up to discussion with staff members at Northgate location. I have rented at every location of extended stay america with my fiance Kaitlyn Lemley and this is not the first issue we have had. I love staying at extended stay for the kitchenette and price but the staff is very unprofessional.

Not worth the money to stay here.

Paid extra for the "faster WIFI" that didn't even work. Asked front desk for help but they seemed like they didn't want to be bothered by helping. Told me I don't know what to tell you. And then charged me anyway after I told them that I could not get it to work or log on. Room was dirty. They also need to change how they say they have free break cause they didn't.

Good Stay

Great for quick relocation transition. Near food & grocery. Wish kitchen came prepared for guests instead of having to visit downstairs to pick up kitchen kit. Vending machine unstocked. Breakfast underwhelming.
