Spacious, secluded and bright cottage 3 blocks from Lowman Beach and just a bit farther to Lincoln Park, one of the largest and loveliest parks in Seattle. Watch the ferries come in and keep a lookout for seals. Cozy up in the evening next to the wood-burning stove.

The property is walkable to commerce and the C bus line, but still woodsy and quiet. Bald eagles frequent the area. You will have patio furniture on the front deck and your own fire pit. The cottage is adjoined to our home.
