Overall everything was great except the EV station which wasn’t working properly. It took me almost an hour to get it working. But staff was really nice about it and waived parking fees

Good location and safe. Parking $44 which is very expensive especially for limited small stalls that are too small for mid size SUV. Parking so limited we had to park our vehicle in the laneway outside of the secured parking garage.

My husband and I have stayed twice here, was easy to get to, everyone was polite and welcoming. We have another event in Seattle in August and already booked us to stay again.

I love the location of this property. It’s very walkable everywhere! It’s a wonderful location. I feel the rooms are a little outdated, especially the carpet. However, it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner kept turning off and I would wake up in the middle of the night because I was hot and sweaty. I like the shower and water pressure! It’s strong and how well thought out the shower knob is. You can turn it on without getting into the shower first so you don’t get the first shock of cold water. Staff is not great. I feel like they are always rushing and they don’t explain where all the amenities are. I asked one receptionist if we could order dinner at the restaurant cause it looked closed and she looked at me like I was stupid and said “the restaurant is right there”, the next day I asked another receptionist if she could print me a receipt and she said it’s been emailed to me. When I asked for a printed version, she said, can you check your email?! And when I insisted for the 3rd time I wanted a printed copy, she printed it and handed it to me without saying a word like she was annoyed. Property is great, location is great, staff needs to be better at handling guests.

Bad experience from the moment I walked in. Difficult to find a clear place to park our vehicle for unloading. At checkin, I made it clear that I needed a crib and they said they’d have someone bring it up. 3 hours pass, I call down to ask where it’s at and they said they’ll have one shortly. Few minutes later (mind you, close to 7 by this point), I get a call that they don’t have any available; I had to go and purchase one from target so my infant could have a safe place to sleep. Energy drink at the shop downstairs was SEVEN dollars. I went to Disneyland a few days after my stay at this hotel and it was CHEAPER INSIDE THE PARK THAN THIS CRAPPY HOTEL. There was hair all over the shower when I first walked in. We found some wrappers and tags underneath one of the beds. Overall, just a poor experience and an absolute waste of money — never felt comfortable while I was there. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

From warm and friendly staff to very well maintained rooms and facilities to just very very good design for ease of customer use, Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue has it all! We just got home from a 2 week stay there which we also did in 2023… Truly, home!

Everything was great except the internet. It appears that google was banned in this hotel, which is weird. Not able to use google map and search anything from google, but other websites were just fine (email, news, etc.). Talked to the staff several times but it was not resolved.

We stayed for a dance convention that was going on down the street. This was the perfect option to escape the chaos and was within (short) walking distance to everything we could have possibly needed!

Property conditions poor because parking is terrible. The parking spots are very small even for a small car and to be charged $40 is ridiculous.

Room was fantastic, front desk was very accommodating. The bar and restaurant were horribly understaffed and meals sat waiting for over 30 minutes before the only person working would even go look to see if food was ready. Unless you were sitting at the bar, you weren't taken care of. The facility itself was very well maintained except the jets in the spa didn't work and the heaters on the patio didn't work.
