This is a two story historic home + ADU basement. The home is a duplex with the host living in the basement. There are no shared spaces, the house and garden is only used by guests.

Lovely quiet residential area near green spaces, waterfront, and university. Well stocked kitchen, tons of windows that open, lovely gardens and seating out back, and an eclectic collection of books. So nice to have three bathrooms. Lots of square footage for everyone to spread out. Zane was quick to respond to all texts. Great to be able to park right by the house. Safe. Will come back.

Beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The yard is lovely, with different areas for socializing, sunning, and reading. Zane quickly responds to questions. We would definitely stay here again.
