The stay was very nice, only issue was the elevators. We were on the 8th floor and constantly had to wait for the elevator, sometimes up to 15 minutes and then it would stop on every floor on the way down with no one waiting at to get on. Decided to use the stairs on a couple of occasions.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful The location is amazing. Included hot breakfast is wonderful for all ethnicities. Even serves gluten free breads. Staff is so attentive and friendly. Super clean hotel and surrounding areas.

Was a great stay. We've never seen a hotels main elevator also used as the staff, service elevator, and this made for some very long waits, but it was a small inconvenience.

Great Location! But the bed and shower did not provide relief to an aching body from being on my feet in the rain all day. The bed was hard and the shower was like warm and lacked good pressure.

This hotel was wonderful! The room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was in a fantastic location! The only downfall was the elevators and how long it took to catch one.

Be aware that hotel parking is $45/night, and there isn't enough for all guests, so if it fills up, you'll need to find an alternative. We parked in a garage a block way that was $40 and charged per entrance/exit, so we just left our car there for our entire three-day, two-night stay in order to keep costs down. The hotel is in a wonderfully convenient location, with many destinations only a block or two away, and even Pike Place and the aquarium are only a half hour's walk. Our room was clean and both day and night staff were really nice. The laundry room detergent machine will take your money even if it's empty, and you'll have to go get some from the front desk. One of the washers eats an occasional quarter, but the dryers do a great job and our clothes were fully dry. The hall carpet is thick and does a great job dampening sound, but the doors cannot be shut quietly. There isn't enough sound dampening between floors, and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking and talking. We never had long waits for the elevators, but the breakfast line was quite long, so guests will need to account for that. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Water pressure was a bit low, but I liked all the places to put our stuff. For the self-conscious folks, know that the gym is in front of a big, ground floor window next to a busy street and sidewalk.

It’s the hotel serves our needs after searching around the whole Seattle downtown areas. It provides small kitchen and yummy breakfast included, clean and safe neighbourhood, across the street from Space Needle and monorail. Reasonable prices for great staff and food environment overall.

Great breakfast. Location is easy next to the Space needle and monorail which goes close to Pikes. View is good if you look at the right angle from the window. Staff was friendly and parking was reasonable even though we had to park offsite because the lot was full. Room is more “new” than “nice” but no major complaints as a place to stay. Room was cold despite turning up the heat. Pullout was uncomfortable for the kids. Walls are pretty thin, but no major disruptions from neighbors.

My stay was great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious not your average hotel breakfast but really good selection hot and fresh food. Our flight was not until late in the evening but the hotel offered to hold our luggage while we spent the day enjoying the city. Our room didn’t get too much hot water for our showers that was my only complaint. The temperature of the water only seemed to get warm.
