Hotel location is great. It is a short walk to the attractions and open spaces of the Seattle Centre and downtown is easily accessed by the Monorail which is an attraction in itself. The roof terrace has great views and is a lovely space to sit out. The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel, decorated in vintage style, is located a few hundred metres from Pike Market; Seattle's main tourist sites are within easy reach. The lobby is vast, decorated with leather armchairs and sofas, with a spectacular bar area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, even if they suffer from the passing of the years. Excellent WiFi efficient and super friendly staff.

From top to bottom from start to finish every single person who helped me was kind, friendly, helpful and professional to the nth degree. The Sorrento is a gem of an old world style building beautifully appointed with modern amenities. Clean, cozy and calm in the midst of the busy urban environment of Seattle.
