Guests will find two queen beds and a cozy living room with a newer comfortable trundle sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house features 1.5 bathrooms. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Whether you’re unwinding in the soothing living space or preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, this superb privately owned home offers a welcoming retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are other residents on this large 10,000 sq. ft. property due to new density zoning laws in Kirkland and Bellevue. Owner lives on property as well, this is great if you run into a situation or need help with a problem during your stay. You are staying on the second floor of Duplex. (Please review all photos)
