  • Welcome your family or group to this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bath lower-level unit nestled in a quiet and safe Shoreline neighborhood. Step outside to unwind around the outdoor fire pit.

    Enjoy a bright and inviting space filled with natural light, designed for both comfort and connection. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and two king bedrooms for restful nights, plus dedicated workspaces for remote work.

    The main house is a large 7 bedroom house built in 1978. The lower unit is updated around 2015. It has private entrance and you do not need to interact with upper unit guests.
