"The hotel was bad. The room was so small for the price. Absolutely no amenities. The bathroom was a joke. Who puts their towels in the shower. The sink was broken from the wall and the door knob didn't work. My husband had to fix it. The toilet was actually was so close to the floor it took us forever to get off of it. They actually give you ear plugs for the noise of the ambulances and cops that screamed by every 5 minutes. I recommend go somewhere else."

"Flew in very late. Arriving past midnight. Front desk clerk was absolutely phenomenal. Came to Seattle for a cruise, picked this hotel due to how close it is to the port. The hotel provided info on a shuttle to the port as well as from the airport to the hotel. Was on the 27th floor and the view was awesome. Would book this hotel without any hesitation. "
