We got there an hour before check in celebrating a birthday and flying to Vegas, a lot of Hotels will give free early check ins, This hotel charges $27.50 to check in less than 60 minutes early, Being tired and driving for hours we did it.
I had a Mobility scooter and they said that would also be another charge for a ADA room, I declined the ADA room because I was not going to pay any more than I already had, and I felt they just wanted to charge for everything they could at this point when everything was already supposed to be paid for when I booked the room.
The building is old, rooms are old and everything else is old, the AC was loud, the TV had very few stations so we watched our phones.
When leaving there We needed to be in the lobby at 3:25 AM to catch our shuttle for the airport, We left our room and there is no arrows to point where the lobby was, we got confused ended up in the parking garage, then up to another floor, once we found the lobby we missed our shuttle.
I explained to the receptionist we could not find the lobby, there is no arrows,
She rudely said YES they are EVERYWHERE! I said You don't need to be rude and NO THEY ARENT!
There is NO arrows in the hall to point where to go,
We got on the next shuttle, they all seemed annoyed with us, I looked at my BFF and said well HAPPY BIRTHDAY as we got the heck out of there."
