A fully stocked kitchen and dining table makes cooking at home easy if you're into that. The daylight basement and dedicated work space ensure you and your family or friends can spread out, relax, be productive and enjoy Seattle. Downstairs also includes a sofa bed, so you can easily sleep 8 here if you're bringing a larger group. Two bathrooms include a bidet and refreshing showers to start your day right. Guests enjoy a nice blend of comfort with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right.

    Walking distance to easy bus lines, close to Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, Seattle Center this house is in the perfect location to feel like you live in Seattle and to get to where you need to go. If you are looking for a place in Seattle for a large group this is the place for you! Rented this property for my daughters UW graduation and was not disappointed. The property has (3) large rooms with a bathroom on the first floor and another large room downstairs with a second full bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out. The driveway is STEEP so if you have any mobility issues this is probably not the place for you but the view is stunning. While in Seattle we also rented a vehicle and we were able to park in front of the driveway each day and had no issues parking. We would for sure stay here again.
