If you enjoy a little hike or have small children this place is ideal. There is a little play area and the trails are at the end of the caul de sac . The light rail is within walking distance, downhill to it so at end of day it is all uphill . Temperature of place was cold initially and we sent a text asking to turn it down a bit. Well I believe it was then turned off and was warm in house especially at nite. No way to regulate the temperature yourself. First night we closed vents and it helped a little bit.

Stayed in this house to attend the World Cup. Place was very clean and modern. Quiet neighborhood and was very close to rail station. Called the owner when we arrived to ask a question and she picked up right away, was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
