Spacious Retreat w/AC, Gym, Theater, and Ping-Pong Room

Welcome to Evergreen Oasis, a serene 3,800 sq. ft. getaway perfectly situated in one of Bothell's most peaceful neighborhoods. Just a short, easy walk (of about 300 meters/yards) from the Hindu Temple & Cultural Center, and less than a mile from Park Ridge Chapel Community Church, this home is ideal for families, groups, or anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and room to unwind.

The adorable space features two queen beds and one full bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, two with bidets, each equipped with a shower and/or bathtub for a pleasant start or end to the day. The house offers heating and central air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right, along with a theater (with 10’ movie screen), ping-pong room, and gym.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for an outing, the enchanting setting makes every moment feel special. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

The gym includes a Peloton Bike+ (+ model has has swivel screen for doing other classes and also has auto tension adjustment for hills while biking) that has cages on the clip pedals, so can be used with sneakers or clip in shoes. The Peloton subscription is included and can be used for biking or for other classes (e.g yoga or stretching), including through Roku on other TVs in the house.

Note: Just for the World Cup period I may be able to set things up to watch the soccer games on a 12’ screen in the living room. This would require some advance notice for me to set things up, be limited to older children and adults (due to sensitive equipment) and have an extra charge of $200 for the entire stay.
