Easily get anywhere in the city or enjoy the comfortably designed indoor and outdoor spaces at home. Access to Capitol Hill, City centre, First Hill, UW, Madrona, and Leschi are easy. 1 room & 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen and outdoor deck make this home feel cosy and relaxing. Walk to local Central District bars and pot shops!

On the first level of the townhome, there is an efficient living space with a classic large roundtable perfect to gather around for a meal, watch a programme on the TV, or get some work done on your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to stay home and cook a meal in. In the ground floor bathroom you can also take advantage of laundry facilities - we provide detergent. Just down the stairs from the living area, you can enjoy a cosy TV den with a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for an afternoon nap. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, with towels and basic amenities provided.
There`s also has a beautiful private and secluded raised patio for you to relax in the sun when you`re not enjoying the sites of the city. We love grilling in the summer and enjoying this sun splashed space, relaxing with a glass of wine in hand.

You can access the entire home with one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is also a private back deck and patio underneath the deck with a small side yard.

Guests can self-check-in and out, but hosts are available in Seattle should you require assistance. Your hosts have thought of everything and would be happy to provide you recommendations on local restaurants, shopping, and other Seattle activities.

The Central District is a fantastic area to stay in when visiting Seattle! We love getting Ethiopian Food at one of the many restaurants on Cherry Street, catching an independent film at Central Cinema, or grabbing a cold beer at Chuck`s Hop Shop, an old petrol station turned family-friendly area meet-up spot with a popular outdoor patio. This area has plenty for you to explore nearby but is also well situated to get you city centre and to other popular Seattle spots on public transport, in an Uber, or on a bike.

There is a reserved parking spot for visitors with a car. The 3 and 4 bus lines pick-up right outside of the townhouse on 25th Avenue and Cherry and will take you city centre in less than 10 minutes. It`s just a casual 30 minute walk to Capitol Hill to the West and a 20 minute walk to the waterfront area of Madrona to the East. Of course, you can also use one of the bikeshare programmes to get around quicker! Limebikes are everywhere in the area and we recommend you see the city this way, utilising the miles of protected bike lanes on Seattle streets.

PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorisation, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
