A quiet, character-filled home with stained glass, fireplaces, and a fenced backyard, minutes from Downtown, Capitol Hill, the stadiums, and the airport.

    Stay on the main floor of a salmon-pink 1900s Victorian in Seattle's Central District. Original stained-glass windows, tall ceilings, and vintage details throughout, with everything set up for families, friends, and remote workers.

    Bedroom 1 — king bed, ensuite bath, jetted tub in the room, stained glass, reading chair. Bedroom 2 — queen bed, stained glass, writing desk, morning sun, shares the guest bathroom. Bedroom 3 — newly added, smaller and versatile, sleeps 1 adult and 1 child — great for a parent + child setup or overflow. Perfect for children ages 5+.

    You get the entire lower duplex — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, fenced backyard and deck. The upper duplex is a separate rental with its own entrance.

    House rules: Shoes off please; quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM; no smoking, parties or events. Please separate trash and recycling. Parking in back or on the street. Easy walk to light rail for Downtown, UW, SeaTac, and stadiums.

    Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. Self check-in with smart lock.
