    * Bus stop right at the corner taking you to downtown where you can transit to any bus or Rail link to any where you like.
    * Can even walk down the hill to Seattle center, BillGate Foundation, Hop on Hop of bus tour, Chihuly Grass museum, POP Music museum and enjoy the restaurant on top of Space needle with 360 panoramic view.
    *Near cruise pier 91( 10_15 mins drive depends on traffic)
    * air-conditioners: each bedroom has window AC units,( removed after summer)
