Close proximity to Climate Pledge Arena, T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, the cruise ship terminal at Pier 66, Pike Place Market and the world-class waterfront park and aquarium. The property features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with appropriate amenities as well as a queen air bed and Graco pack-n-play. Enjoy AC, WiFi, an 85" smart TV and patio furniture. Two secure parking spaces come with the unit (height 6’-6” entrance) along with shared roof top barbeque, hot tub and fitness facility and 24/7 security.

Please Note: The Waterfront Landings Condominium require guests to sign a simple short term lease agreement to acknowledge community rules prior to rental. The agreement will be provided to you via DocuSign and will allow your signature without any special software. The agreement must be on file at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

2 couples celebrating New Years had a perfect 4 days on the Seattle waterfront in this 2BDRM condo. We didn’t move our cars for 4 days and walked to parks, museums, restaurants and Pike Place market. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. The unit faces Elliott Bay and you can stay in, sip wine and watch the ferry traffic. Owners have a great list of restaurants to choose from. We went to several.

Our family had a wonderful stay on the Seattle waterfront in this beautiful condo.The property manager was amazingly helpful, responsive and a joy to work with.This place is perfect for all your Seattle adventures!!As the first guests there were some check-in issues with the Condo's onsite Concierge that the property manager skillfully walked us through, and updated for the next guests.We will defintely consider this unit again next time we all gather in Seattle again.As the furst guests

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. Location Location Location. We loved being right on the water and a stones throw from the Aquarium. 5 minute walk up the steps and you are at the entrance of Pikes Place Market - shopping and food. I also love walking out the front door and hopping on a electric scooter and lots of scooter friendly paths to ride the boardwalk. 10 minute walk to the monorail that takes you directly to the Space Needle and Chihuly museum.All of the food we had in the area was great.The condo itself was perfect for us. Very clean. Lots of light. Views to Puget Sound. Well stocked for a great stay.Highly recommended. Why would anyone stay in a hotel with places like this?
