All Inclusive but all restaurants was "over booked" but the hotel was super empty! Very confusing. They would rather you eat at the buffet than an actual restaurant on the property.

Wasnt able to reach the housekeeper, but she was there to deliver the birthday cake we requested before arriving. The property manager however was always available shed come when the housekeeper wouldnt answer. The place was beautiful love the flex rooms. Views views views!!!!
