OCCUPANCY - STRICT LIMIT 7 - NO PETS - SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT. Comfortable, classic shorefront summer cottage on Long Beach. WIFI. Nice sandy beach and views of Sebago Lake from the enclosed porch. Well maintained and equipped. Four bedrooms (all on the second floor). Fireplace in livingroom. Smart TV w/internet. Deck for afternoon sunning. Dock. Walking distance to local convenience store and restaurant. Great fishing, boating and swimming. Short drive to hiking and biking trails. Boat rentals short walk away. NEW half bath on the on the 2nd floor for 2025
Waterfront/Lot Description: Sandy beach just steps from the porch door. The size of beach depends on the lake level. Retaining wall. Gradual, safe entry in to water. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, but no overnight tie-ups. Mooring: no, walking distance to marina for boat and mooring rentals.
Bedrooms: Four (All On 2nd Floor). 1 W/Queen Bed, 2 W/2 Twins, 1 W/1 Twin. Linens and Towels Are Not Provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
