OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 - NO PETS ALLOWED!- SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT - There is all kinds of room in this classic lakeside cottage with huge screen porch and beautiful sandy beach. And what a beach it is! Wide open view of Sebago Lake and lots of room for relaxing. 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 down w/shower, up w/tub). Big living room. Huge dining room w/franklin fireplace. Lots of old Maine charm throughout. Dock and mooring. Walking distance to local store. Great fishing, boating and swimming. Village shopping, restaurants, and entertainment only a few miles away. NO PETS! LIMIT 2 DAY GUESTS, 3 CARS ONLY
Waterfront/Lot Description: Beautiful sandy beach - no fires allowed on the beach, please. Swim float shared with Friendly Inn cottage. No fires allowed on the beach, please - you must use the firepit provided. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: - yes, no overnight tie-up. Mooring: yes. (for boats up to 20 feet)
Bedrooms: 5- all upstairs, 4 w/doubles and one with 2 twins. Downstairs bath w/shower, upstairs bath with tub. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
