The main house also features a dining area with views of the lake, a breakfast nook, a fireplace, and a game room upstairs. The bunk house features a living room/dining area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area, and a porch. The property has a nice size yard with a fire pit. A very short walk to a sandy beach on Sebago Lake. There is also access to a dock for loading and unloading and a mooring.
