With room for up to 3 guests, this one-bath cottage is a great choice for a couple, small family, or a few guests looking for an easy Maine lake getaway. It offers just what you need for a relaxing stay near the water, with the laid-back charm of a classic Sebago cottage.
Inside, guests will find convenient comforts like a kitchen, air conditioning, heat, and wireless internet. Whether you’re spending your days swimming, exploring the area, or relaxing after a lake day, Minnow Cottage makes for a comfortable home base on Sebago’s west shore.
Guests can enjoy a private grill right on their deck, plus access to the Association Beach directly across the street. For another nearby swimming option, the town beach is just a short drive away. After a day on Sebago Lake, guests can unwind around one of the two shared fire pits on the property, with firewood provided for an easy Maine evening.
Minnow Cottage is also located on the same property as our sister company, Sportsman’s Kitchen & Keg, making it easy to enjoy great food, drinks, and a lively local atmosphere without having to go far.
Sebago West Shore Cottages are a wonderful getaway in every season, offering a cozy and comfortable home base for summer lake days, fall foliage, winter weekends, and peaceful spring escapes.

We allow a maximum of two dogs only with a non-refundable pet fee of $15 per dog, per night.
At this time we are unable to accommodate any other pets besides dogs. Please no cats, etc.
We kindly ask that you do not allow your dog on any furniture or bedding and that you clean-up after your dog in all areas of our property.
Our neighboring restaurant, Sportsman`s Kitchen & Keg, allows well-behaved dogs on a leash on our patio, at our outdoor tiki bar, and any outdoor space. Dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.
