OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 - PETS OK WITH $125 FEE - SEBAGO LAKE SHOREFRONT. This lakefront cottage is located at the end of a road on a pretty wooded lot making it nice and private. A very large, shared beach is just a short walk away. Screen porch with open lake and island views from the large rock frontage. Flat rocks allow access into the water for swimming. With four bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. Bath with shower. This tranquil frontage is a great place to cast line, a quiet spot to contemplate as you listen to the loons and watch them dive, and the perfect place to experience a Sebago sunrise. 2 kayaks and a canoe is also available.
Waterfront Lot Description: Rocky frontage in front of cottage and a nice, shared sandy beach just a short walk away. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes, no overnight tie up. Mooring: Yes (2017).
Bedrooms: Four, all on main floor. 2 w/doubles, 2 w/2 twins each. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
