"The room advertised a jetted tub when in fact there was not even hot water to take a shower let alone use the tub. The rooms next to and adjacent also had no hot water. After running the tub I found someone else's used bandaid in there, so looked around other areas of the bathroom and noticed someone else's blood on the rim of the toilet seat."

The refrigerator didn't work, which we didn't realize until we had put stuff in it that spoiled. Also, our shower didn't drain properly. We mentioned it to the front desk on a morning when we were going to be gone for several hours so someone could get in and fix it while we were gone. We got back 5.5 hours later in the day and it still had not been fixed. "
