NO CARPET ON THE FLOORS, BATHROOM COUNTERS, MIRRORS, LINENS ARE SOFT AND NOT CHEAP, BEDDING IS CLEAN, FURNITURE EXCELLENT SHAPE, AC COLD AND NOT LOUD, TOILETRIES VERY GOOD, BREAKFAST IS DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM ( YOU ORDER FROM A MENU NITE BEFORE) EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND THE COFFEE IS REALLY GOOD (FRESHLY GROUND FROM BEANS) AND THE FOLIAGE INSIDE AND OUT IS STUNNING! PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY....HANDS DOWN! FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER STAYED AT AN INN AND DEFINITELY WONT BE THE LAST! FRONT DESK IS TOP NOTCH TOO!"

"Very clean and spacious house. AC was cold. Nice neighborhood. Stocked with all we needed. Has a good refrigerator with ice maker, great hot water time and washer and dryer. Also has a back screened patio and some nice Rocking chairs in the front to just hang. Spacious three rooms for a family, we only used two rooms and they both had their separate bathroom. Short drive to many attractions such as the State Park, coffee shops, museums and great local eating spots. Also wasn't to far from Lake Placid which was only about a 20 min drive. Host was responsive was kind and responsive."

"Although the property was more rundown than we hoped for, given the price point, the location and amenities were great! We had a blast on the lake every day and loved the screened in porch.The host was very communicative when we reached out about a couple of issues.The home is very quiet, close to downtown, and plenty of space.Note to guests - one of the primary bedrooms and the twin bunk room are up the winding staircase. A few of our family members were unable to comfortably traverse the stairs. This meant that I got the room with the best view, but sharing for others to be aware of. Additionally, there is no door between the downstairs primary bedroom and the slide bunk bed, so this was only practical for one family to share."

"Must stay at Sebring Garden retreat was very relaxing. Our host Carol was incredibly accommodating and the private entry made it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. The rooms were spotless and the air-conditioning temperature was perfect throughout our stay I give Sebring garden retreat five stars and highly recommended to anyone visiting the area."
