"Superb location on main square, lovely clean hotel, large comfortable standard twin room with air con. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and fantastic roof terrace. Couldn’t fault our stay, very happy!"
"Convenient near train station, easy walk.
Spacious room for 2 adults 1 child
1 big bed and 2 small ones plenty of space
Breakfast ok
No air conditioner so 1 fan not great
Dated bathroom and very small"
"The room is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. One takeaway is that the elevator was broken the day we checked in. The front desk staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor since we have luggages. It was still a struggle to bring the luggages up, but at least we got our exercise. The elevator got fixed the afternoon of the following day. The room came with a small fridge with drinks and snacks for a small fee. Most importantly, the AC is nice and cold! The hotel is practically at the mall, 2-3min walk to the Flanders and Euro train stations, and plenty food places around. Very, very convenient!"
"Great location .Staff were great and very helpful.Stayed in a single room which was clean and adequate for 2 nights but the shower cubicle is narrow and would be unsuitable for a larger person.Buffet breakfast ok .Overall recommended for a short stay"
"Very convenient if coming in using Eurostar. From the train arrival, we were in the hotel within 10 mins. Friendly staff, my room was near corner so larger than average compared to my friends. Very unlikely I’ll be in Lille again but highly recommend anyone who does go to book here."
"The rooms were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only two criticisms were that the eggs were pretty bad, and one of the lifts was out of order (which was a pain for us with a pushchair). Also: just give us teabags. The loose leaf kept coming out of the strainers leaving leaves floating in my tea"
"Great place for a few days in Lille - central location; close to the railway stations + subways, quiet at night even though in the town centre and had comfortable amenities.
Only minus point was that the washroom could have been cleaner.
Overall, nice experience and will recommend for a short stay."
"The staff at the reception desk is very welcoming. Very convenient and well located hotel if coming for business trip or to see a football game at Lille Stadium."
