"No soap provided at the bathroom sink, only lotion (?). Had to reach into the shower to get body wash for your hands."

"This hotel is only a place to sleep. It was quiet considering it is near an airport and major street. The facility is worn and needs a facelift. The breakfast was minimal. Juice was watered down as was the pancake batter and the coffee. There were minimal choices provided for breakfast so I would not count on that if you have a big day of travel ahead. There are minimal toiletries provided. Basically soap and shampoo only. Towels in our room were newish but in our second room they were worn. In the rooms it was clear that the staff did not move the lamps to vacuum. Which makes you wonder what other corners were cut in cleaning. Our AC worked a little too well while that in our second room did not work at all. This was the closest hotel to where our event was and the parking was wide open. The staff at check was super friendly and very accommodating."

"Considering how poorly every thing I dealt with was cleanliness wise, I skipped risking eating breakfast at the hotel. This is my big issue: i was met with an unannounced $250 deposit against smoking damage in my smoke free room. The room smelt like a cigar bar. Demanded a different room. That room smelt like a wet dog. Quality Inn's idea of handicap accessible is hand rail in the tub, when my issue is raising my leg high enough to get in and out of the shower. The desk clerk tried to help but I demanded a written letter from her so they didn't try to blame me for the smell in those two rooms. At least her hand writing was better than her broken English."

"Was a short overnight stay. Room and bed were clean. Had a darkened window. Shade and bed was comfortable. Had a nice late checkout time of 11, which was helpful."

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were all very impressed. The only thing that would’ve made the stay better would be complimentary breakfast "

"Nice lobby area, but the room had broken lighting fixtures, old decor, bathtub instead of walk-in shower. You expect more from a Courtyard property than this delivered."
