"Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. Affordable 3 Bedroom Family Vacation Villa on the 9th Floor/Ocean View

"We’ve been to Oahu many times before, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island and hands down - this property was AMAZING! Plenty of space for my family (me, hubs and two adult children) - it had everything we needed. Very clean, and spacious - the ocean view was wonderful, I loved sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening. Property was excellent! Pools, fitness center and the location was perfect. We’re all runners so running on the path next to the beach and on the main road next to golf course was also very nice. Walking distance to the ABC store (it has a diff name, but it’s essentially ABC to us) for spam musubis and other treats/food/drinks was very convenient! We also enjoyed the cafe, and shopping in the Ko Olina center. It’s a ways from main attractions and traffic can be bad if you do venture out, but we picked this location to stay clear of Waikiki! Much more quiet! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place - hope to be back soon!"

"Our stay here was truly unforgettable in every possible way.From the moment we arrived, Elias and his team went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, communication, and genuine hospitality were unlike anything we’ve experienced before.The condo itself was absolutely stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and stocked with literally everything you could possibly need — from beach gear and boogie boards to a wagon, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, oversized soaking tubs, and one of the most breathtaking ocean-views.We spent our AM’s sitting on the large lanai drinking coffee & PM’s at the beach bar watching the incredible sunset paint the sky in colors that honestly didn’t even feel real. One evening, there was a full rainbow stretching across the sky while the sun set over the ocean in front of us — it felt absolutely magical.The location was perfect. Close to other resorts, a large beach, restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, and endless things to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were incredible, the grounds were immaculat , and every employee we encountered was warm, welcoming, and helpful.This condo didn’t just feel like a place to stay — it felt like a place to breathe, heal, reconnect, and make memories we will treasure forever.I truly cannot recommend Elias and his property enough. If you are considering booking, DO IT!! You will not regret it for a second."

"We had a wonderful stay! The condo is spacious and well-equipped. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved being close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, and lagoons nearby while also being away from the crowds. The beach view from the balcony and living room is stunning. The hosts were accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay again."

"This property is in a beautiful and well kept part of the island. The lagoons are great for swimming and just enjoying the sun. The gardens, views, and pools are beautiful. The beach bar is nice, but predictably expensive. The environment is noticeably more calm and tranquil than the downtown hotel scene at Honolulu/Waikiki. We never felt crowded or overstimulated. Having said that, if you plan to spend a lot of time in/around Honolulu/Waikiki, it’s about a 45 minute drive when traffic is considered. Check in was easy and our host quickly explained everything with a short but useful tour. Highly recommend this place unless you want to be downtown every day."

"This is our third time staying at the Villa properties and this was the only bad experience we had. Stove top and oven never got hot took hours to cook food washer and dryer were not functioning properly, the washer would leak. The dryer would not dry clothes fully all three toilets would have a random leak. We went over 24 hours with no hot water. Only had one functioning, hot tub that never really got hot. Kids at the villa while you were trying to swim, announcing that they were peeing, jumping and splashing in the pools. We were expected to run the dishwasher before we left, but the whole time we were there, the dishwasher would not function properly. It would randomly open and it would not clean the dishes. You would have to run two or three cycles for it. Was told maintenance was going to come look at our water around 8:30 at night. We stayed up until 10 waiting for them and they never showed And then we found out the next morning that floors one through seven did not have hot water and then by 4 PM the next day they still did not have anyone out there to address the issue. "

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."
